Again, it is that time during which God is allowing us to come together to renew, collaborate, integrate , and recover.  It is our hope that each family member yield unprecedented impact in our gathering. “We Thank God for Another Chance” to come together for mental and emotional respite , physical relaxation and being spiritual refresh.

Double Queen Bed $109/per night

Kings Bed $109/per night

Suites $139/per night

INDIVIDUAL: Hotel must receive all reservations for this event by Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Reservations may be confirmed by calling (803) 957-5000. To receive the special group rates for this event, callers must identify themselves as an attendee of The West-Gadson Reuion. A major credit card number must be provided to guarantee reservations. A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid penalty for individual reservations. Failure to give proper notification will result in the first night’s room rate being charged to the guest. Reservations must be guaranteed by direct bill, credit card or first night’s deposit. If not guaranteed room will be released by 4pm day of arrival.

Rooms are being held as a courtesy for Group. Rooms not reserved by the contracted cut-off date shall be released back into general inventory with no financial obligation to Group. Hotel reserves the right, with written notice, to release rooms back into general inventory before contracted cut-off date.
